Job Responsibilities
- Leads strategy development and transformation projects across multiple industries
- Designs and delivers frameworks for business model optimization
- Collaborates with client executives and internal Vexor teams
- Facilitates workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Monitors performance metrics and presents data-driven recommendations
- Reports to Director of Strategy or Chief Operating Officer
- Provides guidance to junior consultants and cross-functional project teams
- Supports internal process improvement initiatives within Vexor
- Crafts client presentations, proposals, and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or strategic project management
- Experience with SaaS, finance, or operational scale-ups a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with clarity
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, and Notion
- Data storytelling and business modeling expertise
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred, but not required
